Creativity Centre for Student Self Directed Learning

In Google Classroom we have a 'subject' set up called the 'Creativity Centre'. Students who are on track with all of their work; managing their time and behaviour; following class rules and expectations; following school rules and values, are welcome to submit a planning request to participate in some self-directed learning. 

Students may work in groups or alone. They must submit a detailed plan - including what their learning will be and what 'product' they will produce to share their learning.

One plan submitted so far is for a Sam C to research and learn about the suspension on bikes, and design his own suspension. He will share his learning and process on a website he creates - I am so looking forward to seeing his learning journey.
